My Story
Throughout my career as a therapist and within the financial planning sector, I saw a need for professionals to learn from our complimentary professions.

As a co-founder of the Financial Therapy Association, I have enjoyed the opportunity to build academic training in financial therapy and the psychology of financial planning through my former work at Kansas State University and now at Texas Tech University in Financial Health and Wellness. I am fortunate to have three active children, an animal-loving husband, and loads of animals around my house.
In times of great loss, it's nice to have someone by your side. As someone who has faced challenges in the past, I find purpose in helping other people through their journeys. I describe my journey of resiliency in this episode of The Analog Advisor podcast.
